Due to the number of inquiries received, TCC will accept mid-year enrollment applications for the spring semester. Open enrollment runs from October 31 - November 17. Please note, space is VERY limited and restrictions apply. Before you begin the enrollment application process, read the notes for mid-year placement acceptance.

Spring semester begins January 9.
Tuition and Fees
The enrollment fee is $200, due when you submit your family enrollment application. It is nonrefundable unless we are unable to offer at least one class selected. January tuition and fees will be due within five days of receiving your new enrollment paperwork. Thereafter, tuition will follow the scheduled due dates found here. New families will be charged the volunteer opt-out fee according to the number of class units enrolled.
New Family Interview
All new families applying for enrollment will complete an interview with the Executive Director to discuss your application. At least one parent and all enrolling students must attend.
TCC Parent Onboarding
Upon acceptance to the program, parents and students must attend an online meeting to receive instruction on Google Classroom and discuss classwork expectations.
Teacher Approval (Does not apply to all classes)
Keep in mind, students are joining a class mid-year. While most classes will begin the spring semester with no pre-requisite required, other classes may have already covered skills needed to achieve maximum success. Check the list of classes below for special instructions to satisfy enrollment requirements. If a class has a prerequisite listed below, you are required to contact the teacher for approval before your application will be considered. (The teacher will not be able to tell you if the class still has space available since they cannot see the applications being processed.)
