Review the class offerings.
TCC offers classes for grades 4-12 in core subjects and electives. Students may select up to 5 classes on one day. We meet on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from mid-August through April. Tuition is $50 a month for each class per student (additional materials fees may apply). A student MUST be age 9 by August 1, 2023 in order to enroll as a 4th grader.

Complete the FAMILY application.
Begin by submitting a family application with your basic contact information. New families are asked to provide references who can tell us how wonderful your family is. You will be directed to pay the one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee before submitting your individual student enrollment forms.

Pay the enrollment fee.
You'll be prompted to pay the enrollment fee at the end of the family application. Write down the receipt number. When you begin the student enrollment form, you'll be asked for the receipt / confirmation number. No applications will be processed without the enrollment fee.

Complete the STUDENT application. - This link is at the bottom of your enrollment fee confirmation.
Select classes for your student. If a class is full, it will appear in the dropdown selection field as WAITLIST. Rosters change frequently during enrollment and students on the waiting list are often moved into a class. If you are flexible with day/time, indicate it on the enrollment form and we will evaluate other options if a class is full.

NEW FAMILIES - Complete your interview.
Upon receipt of your application and enrollment fee, we will contact you to answer any questions you may have. This is a great time to be sure this is the best fit for your family and for our team. We look forward to getting to know you!

Complete the enrollment checklist.
Check your email. You'll receive an enrollment packet after we've connected with you. Before your application is considered complete, all signed documents must be received.
We require August tuition and class fees to be paid at the time of enrollment. You will receive an invoice with your paperwork. You may choose to post-date a check until August 1. All payments should be made payable to The Classroom Collective. Online payments are processed immediately. There is a service fee for online payments. Checks are accepted with no service fee.

After July 31, no checks will be accepted for enrollment tuition and fees. You must pay online.
