Parental Choice Tax Credit

​"Homeschooled students may be eligible for the credit based on the amount of annual qualified expenses paid on behalf of each eligible student, up to $1,000 per student. The credit will be claimed on the Oklahoma income tax return for the tax year in which the qualified expenses are actually paid. Proof of purchase for qualifying expenses must be shown for each student."

Student names were not listed on your invoices for January-April 2025. Beginning with August 2025, student names were added to invoices to serve as your proof of purchase for qualifying expense for each student. If you would like to request an itemized statement for your students for January-April 2025, fill out this form. Please retain your payment receipts from August -December. We will not be sending out itemized statements in December.
