What's New for 2023-2024?

We've got a few changes for next year. Before you begin the enrollment process, take a look!

Classes meet TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY

  • A full lineup of classes will now be available on two days. This means we will have the capacity to accommodate almost twice the number of students.

  • Check out the expanded schedule of classes.

  • Meet our team for 2023-2024.

  • The high school English classes will be grouped based on skill level, rather than grade level. See course descriptions for details.

Enrollment process

  • Please be prepared to pay the one-time enrollment fee at the time of completing your family application. You'll be prompted to provide the confirmation number when you complete the student applications

  • Re-enrollment for current families is subject to approval.

  • Please have a headshot of your student ready for upload when you enroll. We will use these for student ID badges. (1 MB max, .jpg preferred)

  • No student will be placed on a class roster until all the enrollment components have been completed.

Tuition & fees

  • Tuition will not increase.

  • The one-time registration fee is $130 for current families and $155 for new families.

  • Invoices will be emailed to the main email on record on the 20th of each month.

  • Beginning September 2023, tuition will be due on the FIRST DAY of the month. (September 1, October 1, etc.) You may submit a post-dated check early and it will be held until the first day of the month, or you may pay online from your invoice.

Volunteer Requirements

  • Having sufficient supervision is important to the safety of our students. We are modifying our volunteer requirements based on the number of class units for your family.

  • Parents who are unable to volunteer onsite will have the option to pay an opt-out fee.

  • In order to re-enroll, your account must be in good standing, which includes completing your volunteer requirement.
