Course Description
The objective of this class is to explore the amazing world of God’s creation through the study of plants, animals, and the human body.
· The World of Plants: Study the beauty and intricacy of seeds, leaves, and flowers. Explore trees, fungi, algae, unusual plants and more.
· The Human Body: Learn about the amazing functions of each system and understand that you are made in God’s image!
· The World of Animals: Discover how each animal was designed by God to be unique, from cuddly mammals and slimy frogs to jellyfish, butterflies, and bacteria.
Class time will consist of guided note taking, group discussions, and hands-on activities.
Homework
Throughout the week, students will complete reading assignments, answer study questions, and record observations from class experiments. Homework will be posted to Google Classroom to be completed at home and brought back to class.
