TCC Compass Statement:

To provide meaningful and challenging learning experiences while nurturing Christlike character.

Our Core Values:

  • Excellence in learning

  • Strength in connection

  • Character in Christ

Thank you for considering supporting The Classroom Collective.

Your financial gift is used to further the mission and ensure a sustainable future for the program.

Five years ago, a small group of teachers came together with one mission: to create a program that gives homeschool students access to classroom experiences that are both meaningful and challenging. Today, we celebrate five years of growth, learning, and community — and we’re inviting YOU to be part of the next chapter.

Our fundraising goal:  $15,000

How will additional funding be used?

  • Provide staff development. We believe ongoing education for our teachers and staff is critical to the longevity of TCC. Your students deserve to receive instruction from well-trained, knowledgeable teachers. We have increased our teaching staff by 250% in five years. Additional funding allows us to provide training opportunities for our team to benefit all students.

  • Underwrite general operating expenses. Nearly every aspect of the program has experienced rising costs. This year alone, we saw a 54% increase in insurance premiums, additional expenses for general supplies, and an increased need for staffing. With your help, we can meet these needs while continuing to pay our teachers a competitive wage and retain the best talent in the area! Our teachers receive 86% of the tuition dollars received.

  • Continue to contribute to First Baptist Church. It is a privilege to meet in our host facility, and we strive to care for the building and staff as if it were our own. We have increased our contribution by 400% since our first year. We also continue to support local missions through the church to serve the homeless community, Operation Christmas Child, and special weekly service projects for FBC.

  • Support additional staff. To provide the best experience for our families, we've hired additional support staff to help with some key processes. Did you know over 500 students are greeted by the same smiling faces each week at the front desk?

  • Build a benevolence fund. We would love to be in a position to assist families who encounter a tragic life event. This year, our teachers generously donated over $2500 from their personal compensation to help cover the tuition of a few families in critical need.

  • Host parent resource events. TCCommunity gatherings provide an opportunity for parents to come together to learn and build relationships. This year we held a book discussion, learned about digital dangers from a digital forensic investigator, and we are hosting a forum about high school transcripts, and a discussion about AI in the workplace and education. These events are free to parents.

We realize the financial sacrifice our families make in choosing The Classroom Collective. We are deeply committed to excellence in our organization, and that transfers to what happens each week in classrooms. Our enrollment fees remain among the lowest in the area, and tuition equates to less than $12 per hour. With your help, we can continue serving our families with a minimal tuition increase.
