Course Description
Explore the intricate balance of emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health in this semester-long course. Delve into key pillars such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, hormones, and stress through engaging hands-on activities for a holistic understanding of well-being.

Homework
Student homework will mostly be projects that incorporate the pillars of health, that they can complete at their own pace throughout the semester rather than regular weekly assignments. Most of our work will be done within the classroom. During the 16-week class, students will keep a health and wellness journal for the purpose of making personal observations and setting goals.
