Amy Sampson
Director / Instructor

Amy Sampson has been passionate about education for as long as she can remember, even lining up her stuffed animals to play school as a child. After earning a degree in English Education from Oklahoma Baptist University, she taught for several years in public school before God surprisingly called her to homeschool her three children for fifteen years. Those years gave her a deep appreciation for the homeschool community and the unique privilege of partnering with families in their children's education. Since moving to Edmond in 2016, she has taught 7th-grade English at Oklahoma Christian School and then served as the Middle School Curriculum Coordinator for three years.
Amy and her husband, Jay, have been married over 32 years and together they enjoy spoiling their one perfect granddaughter.
Amy is especially passionate about helping students discover the beauty of literature, grammar, and writing. She loves watching young people grow in confidence, develop their God-given gifts, and pursue life-long learning with curiosity and purpose.
Fun Fact: Amy is an avid reader who tries to read close to 100 books each year. While she loves education, her dream job would be serving as an FBI profiler.
