Enrollment Guide

We're thrilled you're choosing TCC as part of your 2024-2025 homeschool plan. If you are new to TCC, welcome! We've listed the basics for enrollment below. If you are a returning family, we recommend reviewing the highlighted changes for next year to know what to expect.  


  • We recommend completing the enrollment process from a computer, not a mobile device.

  • You will need a headshot of your student to complete enrollment. (You may need to resize images. Maximum upload size: 1 MB)

  • The enrollment fee is non-refundable.*

Review the schedule.

  • Most classes are offered at multiple times.

  • Classes are $55/mo per class and run August-April.

Review the Parent/Student Handbook.

  • All parents and students are responsible for the information contained in our handbook. 

  • By completing the enrollment process, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined. This includes financial obligations, student expectations, volunteer requirements, etc. 

  • New families must review the handbook prior to the new family interview.

Complete the FAMILY application.

  • Complete ONE Family Application per household.

  • The annual, non-refundable enrollment fee must be paid with the Family application. ($150 for returning families and $225 for new families - through July 15)

  • Returning families - subject to approval

  • New families - pending new family interview & approval

Complete the STUDENT application.

  • You will receive the link after submitting your FAMILY application.

  • Check your email for your enrollment fee receipt. The student application link is on the receipt.

  • Complete one STUDENT application for each child enrolling.

  • You will need a headshot of your student to complete the enrollment process.

  • If a class is marked closed  you may select the waitlisted option. Students will be moved onto rosters as space opens prior to the beginning of class.

  • Returning students are subject to approval. (Students not passing classes in 2023-2024 or families with delinquent accounts may be denied enrollment.)

  • New families must complete a new family video interview. Students should also attend the interview.

Complete your enrollment checklist.

  • You'll receive an invoice for August tuition and applicable fees. This must be received before your enrollment is complete.

  • Follow the enrollment checklist in your paperwork as instructed. Scan and email your paperwork within 5 days of receipt.

  • Your child will not be placed on a class roster until all paperwork is signed and returned with your August payment. (We will hold a post-dated check if you prefer.)

  • New families will receive paperwork within a week of completing the interview.


Stay connected and informed.

  • Upon approval of your enrollment you'll be invited to join our TCC private Facebook page.

  • You'll be added to our monthly newsletter for TCC families.

  • Add August 6 to your calendar for Meet the Teacher/Fall Orientation where you'll pick up your ID lanyards, find classrooms, and meet the teachers.

  • August 13-14 is our first week of the new school year!

*The enrollment fee will be refunded if all selected classes are waitlisted.
