RETURNING FAMILY Enrollment Guide
We're thrilled to welcome you back to TCC for another fantastic year! There are a few changes to review before you begin the enrollment process. Please note this process has been modified.

Review the schedule beginning February 2. Course descriptions and details will be available on February 24.
As early as February 5, submit your FAMILY APPLICATION for 2026-2027 enrollment (one per household). These will be reviewed and processed prior to student enrollment. Accounts with delinquent balances will not be processed. The annual, non-refundable enrollment fee ($150 through May 1) must be paid with the family application. The enrollment fee is per family, the facility fee of $25 applies to each student being enrolled. *Enrollment fees will be refunded if all selected classes are waitlisted.
Returning families will receive a re-enrollment acceptance email no later than March 20 with your assigned student enrollment date and student enrollment link, which will be staggard this year according to application date and review. Student enrollment begins as early as March 31.

Attend Open House to find out about classes, meet teachers, and review class materials before student enrollment opens. Thursday, March 26, 6:30-8:00 PM
Plan course schedule including any alternate classes in case the desired class is full. Check the availability of classes from the schedule page. Prepare a headshot of each student to submit with student enrollment application - Maximum upload size 1MB.
Submit STUDENT ENROLLMENT on your scheduled day. Your enrollment verification code & student enrollment link will be sent in your acceptance email. Submit one student enrollment application per person.
Once your student applications have been reviewed, you will receive your enrollment and tuition agreements through DocuSign. Electronically signed documents are due within five days of receipt.
August prepaid tuition is due with your signed agreement. You may post date a check for July 15 if you prefer not to pay online.
Make plans to attend Meet the Teacher/Fall Orientation on August 4. There will be an additional parent meetings for returning families before classes begin.
