Intermediate Math is directed to those preparing for Pre-Algebra. Concepts that will be covered in this class include: graphs, fractions, decimals, percents, statistics, integers, solving equations, probability and beginning geometry. All work is mandatory unless otherwise noted. Responsibility, accountability and organization will be strongly emphasized. Parents will be grading all homework assignments. **Students who are new to TCC will be required to pass a placement test in order to be accepted into the class. Please see the attached test for instructions before enrolling in the appropriate math course.
